Rinse the strawberries, hull them and purÄe in a food processor. Beat the egg whites until firm with a pinch salt. Pour the gelatin onto the whites and fold in thoroughly. Mix the fromage blanc with the strawberry purÄe and then fold in the beaten egg whites. Add the sugar and vanilla. Divide the mixture between 6 stemmed glasses. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
